In commemoration of the Year of St Paul (29 June 2008 to 29 June 2009) there is a combination ticket available for pligrims that includes busses, trams, trains, metro and the double-decker open 'Roma Christiana' bus. The 19 euro daily or 25 euro three-day ticket includes a guided tour of St Paul's basilica including a multi-lingual audio guide. This ticket is available on the 'Roma Christiana' bus and at several metro stations. Just ask for the 'Vatican and Rome' card.
